1. product introduction

FS24 series flame incoming air warm-up set is an heat-up set which makes diesel oil to burn inside the inlet pipe, forming a flame to heat up the incoming air. The set is made up of glow plug, electromagnetic valve, fuel delivery tube, fuel return tube, controller, water temperature sensor, etc. The glow plug of the set has a good ignition performance and combustibility, it heats up the incoming air of diesel engine very well, improves burning conditions, making the diesel engine start at the low temperature of -35℃.and reduce the vent-pipe emission of white smoke, so as to mitigate pollution. The controllers of the set adopts microcomputer-based technology, with intelligent functions and simple operation. It is an advanced inlet heat-up set, and are widely used in EuroⅡtype diesel engine automobiles, tractors, engineering machines and mobile power stations.
