1.     Knitting product ranges

We provide a wide range of knitting fabric from basic to more sophisticated design including:

       * Knitting type: single jersey, pique, interlock, rib, mini terry and indigo knit denim.

       * Material: 100% cotton, cotton/polyester blended, and special material like   Coolmax, Merino wool,  MVS yarn.

       * Dyeing: piece dyed, yarn dyed (reactive and indigo yarn dyeing).

       * Finishing: wicking, softening, enzyme, anti-mosquito, anti-bacteria

2. Knitting capacity and machinery:

KNITTING: 6,000 tons/year

•      72 flat knitting machines for collar and cuff .

•     50 circular knitting machines including single and double machines of Fukuhara, Terrot , and Pailung.

DYEING: 6,000 tons/year

          12 Sclavos Athena dyeing machines of 50 – 150 – 250 – 500 – 1000 kgs, and other 15 high pressure dyeing machines of Fongs, Tongwu, Hisaka

SEWING: 9,000,000 pcs/year

          Total 3 factories of 28 lines – 1100 workers
