4. Business Conditions
1. Price: USD 34920 FOB Shanghai; USD 41270 (with gearbox transmission)
2. Payment Term: 35% T/T in advance, 65% TT at the sight of B/L Copy.
3. Delivery Time: Within 65 Work Days after receipt of the down payment.
4. Warranty: 12 months since the date of B/L.
5. Installation and Commissioning: 1 or 2 professional engineers will be sent for installation and commissioning, and the buyer should pay 100 USD/day for each one, besides, the accommodation and the round-trip ticket are also on the buyer’s side.
