UTM-10W Electronic Universal Testing Machine (Computer-controlled) is suitable for doing tests such as tensile, compression and bending test on all kinds of metal and non-metal materials such as rubber, plastic, PVC, aluminum, steel plate and so on. It can print, output and record the test data.
Application
1. The mchine is suitable for manufacturing industry of metal, cementing compound, pipes, tubular products, proximate matter, aerospace industry, petrochemical engineering, waterproof materials, wire and cable, textile, fiber, rubber, ceramics, food, medical packaging, geotextile, thin film, wood, paper and so on. It is also suitable for quality supervision departments and colleges education.
2. The machine is mainly used to do test on metal, non-metal and composite materials to determine mechanical performance indexes such as tensile, compression, bending and others.
3. Sophisticated auto-control and data acquisition system bring full digital adjustment on data acquisition and control procedure.
4. The machine determines the max. Bearing tensile force, tensile strength, elongation deformation and elongation index and other technical indexes. The computer can calculate and display test results according to settlements in the beginning of the test. The test data can be saved for checking and displaying. The test data can be printed out through connecting with a printer through output interface.
