Our Double Wall Corrugated Pipe extrusion line can produce both PE and PVC pipes.
We adopt two single-screw extruders to produce PE pipes, one extruder is used to make inside wall, the other extruder is used to make outside wall. During the course of production the weight and thickness of the product pipes can be adjusted to meet different request of customers. We use one set of twin conical screw extruder to produce PVC pipes.
This production line adopt automatic lubricating system, it can ensure during the course of production every part of the machine can be well lubricated.
