Vertical industry boiler

Industrial oil gas fired boiler is fire tube and vertical type and 3-pass boiler, and is the new patented technology boiler which developed independently by our company.

1. Because high temperature smoke and fire can be revolved strongly and back, the fuel can be burned out in low oxygen, so it is better be used in the plateau area.

2. High-temperature heating surface is below the central line of shell. Because there are a large scope of the water safety level. Boiler can be run safety.

3. Heating surface is reasonable, and the degree of automation is high. Compared with other boilers, it is small in the volume and area, also easier to be installed.

4. High efficiency. The fuel is fired suspended in big furnace, the back pressure of the boiler is small, the path of smoke is long.

5. It is good to the environment protection. Because there are 2 reheat cycle in the furnace, the fuel can be burned enough, also the smoke dust is little. This boiler is the production of green environment.

6. Reliable quality. Each boiler is inspected by Province Inspect Institute, then got the qualified certificate.

7. Because of automated control, EPCB boiler can be operated conveniently.

8. Maintain conveniently. It is easier to be fixed and maintained with swift open structure of front and back smoke box.
