II. Features of the advanced structure of steam boiler.
1. The advanced unique body design
2t/h new type steam boiler has a compact structure: It uses upright placed single drum with water walls in both sides of furnace. The top part is jointed with drum and the bottom with the left and right headers. The convection tubes are laid in the space between the rear arch and the drum, its top part is jointed with the drum and the bottom is jointed with the headers.
2. The advanced and reliable furnace design
The furnace is made of a combustion chamber and a reburning chamber, optimizing the burning inside the furnace: Strengthening the burning of the fuel in the combustion chamber and effectively decreasing the fly ashes and the combustible content of fly ashes.
The arch is built with multilevel removable firebrick. Practice proved that this kind of arch has a steady strength and strong radiant ability which is good for the complete combustion of the fuel in the combustion chamber and the elimination of ashes.
3. The particular gas smoke outlet design
There are several smoke damper walls in the convection tube chamber. When the gas smoke from the reburning chamber enters the convection tubes, it will go around between the smoke damper walls and the convection tubes, making a vortex. The dust could be removed by the centrifugal force of the vortex, which will effectively decrease the dust emissions. The initial dust emissions of the boiler is 713 mg/Nm3 and after dust catcher the value is 122 mg/Nm3, which is far lower than the Chinese national standard and greatly reduces the air pollution.
4. Energy saving & High efficiency
The thermal efficiency could reach to 79.7% by using type II soft coal. This value is 7.7% more than the Chinese national technical standard. Taking one year as 7, 200 hours, it can save 277 tons of coal one year than common boiler, increasing the efficiency remarkably.
5. Excellent raw materials
The steel plate is made in Chongqing or Anshan iron steel company; The headers are made in Yantai or Changzhou steel tube company; And the pipes are made in Changzhou steel tube company under Shanghai Baosteel Co., Ltd. All of the above are of the top class in their field in China.
