WZSM Pulverized coal screen

Usage:WZSM pulverized coal screen are the special vibrating screen for the particular demands of blast furnace coal injection technology, to prevent sawdust and fibre to enter into the bunker and ensure pulverized coal transport normally in pipeline.
Principle and structure feature:
This screen consists of screen body, first damping spring, second damping spring and soleplate. The two same motors that rotate reversely and synchronously make the screen body periodical to-and-fro move along the direction of the exciter force. To keep the materials on the sieve moving in parabolic motion, so pulverized coal can pass through screen speedily, stay sawdust and fibre on the screen.
Installation and test:
Check foundation, bolts and steer plate according to installation chart before installation.Installation sequence must be from the bottom to the up, first install soleplate, then install second damping spring, first damping spring and screen body.
Should adjust various plastic spring to keep vertical status, if is askew, adjusting soleplate status to make sure they are vertical. At the end, weld soleplate and embedded base plate together.Check the directions of two vibrating motors, make sure they are reverse.
Usage and maintenance:
Check the fastness of all bolts of connecting parts regularly, tighten immediately if bolts become flexible.
A major repair of the exciting machine is made annually. Check abrasion of axletree, release the grease.
Daily maintenance of exciting machine should be refer to specification.
