Usage:
1 hold the stick with the blue ring end pointing upwards.
2 gently snap the tip with the blue ring.
3 keep the tip with the blue ring right upward and allow the formula to flow down to the opposite tip.
4 rub teeth thoroughly and evenly with the wet tip, keep the formula on teeth for 5 minutes.
5 take out a stick with red ring,repeat the above steps
