ENC3140 4 to 1 H.264 SD is broadcasting-level MPEG-2 DVB standard encoder which high reliablity and advanced compressing arithmetic. This encoder adopts the advanced circuit and embeded clock correct circuit, which reduce the signal programs needs and make sure to achieve excellent pic with very lower bitrate signals. It uses leading-edge compression technology H264/AVC and a variety of audio coding algorithm, so different types with brilliant function encoders are developed for different application.
