PP honeycomb sheet laminated with polyester tissue on both sides.  This allow better bonding of the honeycomb to different surface panel.  In addition to the tissue,  honeycomb can laminated with a layer of PP film . The film under the tissue acts as a barrier to prevent resin leaking into the core thus save resin consumption in next assembly process Besides there is more stiffness plastic sheet with more thicker tissue.

Most popular model PP8T40F which mean PP honeycomb corecell is 8mm, on both sides of honeycomb there are polyester tissue 45g/squre meter, between core and tissue there are one layer of PP film,which can prevent more resin leak into corecell when clients laminate surface panel on the PP honeycomb sheet.At same time PP film enforce the bonding of PP honeycomb core and Polyester tissue so peeling strength of PP honeycomb sheet improved much more that provide guarantee for long life of finished products to avoid polyester tissue apart from honeycomb core after long time application in project.
