Using Methods of the UVM Series Frosted Ink
1.Construction process: Curing silk-screen via ultraviolet rays after being diluted directly or properly.
2.Appropriately adding corresponding colour-thinner for dilution according to ink viscosity and actual needs during construction process. Our company offers colour-thinner; the appropriate colour-thinner dosage generally covers 5-30%.
3.If finding feculent sand mesh after construction or during long-time operation, you can use our company's special mesh-washing water to clean.
4.When printing in bulks, the ink-keeping capacity on the meshed plate should be balanced for ensuring the identical effects between before-printing and postprinting, washing meshed plate irregularly and adding new material constantly.
