Hot rolled and cold rolled carbon steel strip as raw materials, continuous hot galvanizing.
Main specification:
1)Steel Grade: Q195, Q215, Q235, Q345, SGCC, DXD51, DXD52, EN 10147 S350GD, JIS G3302 SGC 490, ASTM A36, ASTM A653, Grade 50 etc.
2)Width:30mm to 630mm,
3)Thickness:0.30mm to 2.8mm.
4)Zinc coating:Z10 to Z27(100g/m2 to 275g/m2, double sides)
5)Surface treatment: Chromated, unoiled/oiled, bright finished, spangle, fingerprint resistance.
6)Coil ID: 508mm ;Coil OD: 1000~1500mm
7)Packing: Each coil tube wrapped by plastic film and waterproof paper, one steel strapping on the coil circumference. 3 - 5 coils tube packed eye vertical on wood pallet, and strongly strapped by edge protection, and at least 04 steel straps through coil eye. Coil tube packed eye to sky on wood pallet.
8)Loading Port: Shanghai port, Wuxi port, Zhangjiagang Port
9)Annual production: 200,000 MT/year
10) Coil Weight: Usually 2~8 tons per roll, we can produce as per customer's requests
