3. Regarding sample policy.

For new customers: sample will be free but freight cost will be on your side. However any freight costs on you will be deducted in the further order.

Old customer: sample and freight are both free.

4.Lab dips making, Just tell us your pantone number, and we will make it for free within 5 days.

For printed fabric, you need plate making, and make stril-off for your confirming, then make bulk.

After confirming the sample and the prices, we can discuss further on some other details like

payment, cargo inspection, delivery time and so on.

5. What can we do during one certain order?
