Inner plate is patent design with special w-shaped corrugated floor. Fabric is flowing unhindered in its circulating cycle without need of large motor pump,saving electricity cost.Liquor ratio is 1:5~7◆ Fabric flow control system,smooth fabric flow Fabric flow control design,the fabric is fold up in a regulated,tangle free manner. No need of large liquid flow to push the fabric forward. Hence reduce the liquor ratio and dyeing cost effectively. Fabric flow control system is adjustable according to different types of fabrics,allowing one dyeing machine to dye a variety of fabrics.◆ Expansion device,no crease mark & no rolling selvedge The front expansion device provides continuous impact & frequently changes the fabric position. Good to provide fabric expansion and to open filament,effective against curling fabrics. Rear expansion device allows the fabric to relax and softening,increasing the quality of dyeing.◆ Low tension,high quality,fast dyeing system With smooth fabric circulation and regulated fabric folding,the fabric is carried into the main reel at its lowest tension.The speed of the main reel can be controlled precisely,so the speed of the reel and the fabric is at a simultaneous pace,avoiding any usual flaws.◆ The unique structure high production capacity Large chamber structure,plate plus large chamber structure,allowing one single nozzle to dye up to two rope of fabric at one time (for fabric < 200g/yard).
