The temperature-responsive shower valve and other components can form a small size auto extinguishments system, such as deluge system, atomizing system and water curtain system. It is applicable to the fire separation of window, door and opening and the protection and cooling of equipment.
The temperature-responsive deluge valve is composed of valve body, valve base, diaphragm and cover. The valve body is divided into water supply chamber, diaphragm chamber and ductwork by diaphragms. After the water flows into the supply cavity, part of the water enters into the diaphragm cavity to seal the valve base from the diaphragm and prevent the water flowing into ductwork cavity. In case of fire, after the temperature rises to the operating temperature set in the glass-covered sprinkle, the glass cover will be exploded after being heated and the sprinkler will start spraying (Person on duty may open the manual valve for emergency start).th e pressure inside the diaphragm cavity will e reduced and the water will push the diaphragm away from the valve base to let water flow back into the ductwork cavity and spray out via the ductwork for cooling, isolation or extinguishments.
