Separated pressurized solar water heating system breaks through the traditional structural design, that is collector & water tank are separated ,the collector is connected to manifold ,This model is more convenient and handsome, Currently, What our company provides are solar energy plus auxiliary electronic heating system as a whole heating system

Under normal circumstances, the system use solar energy for water heating and under the bad weather condition, the auxiliary electronic heater will make up the shortage of solar energy

Working principle

A.      When the temperature of the heat collector reaches the set value,the controller shall start the circulation pump automatically

B.      The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically

C.      The heat-conducting liquid transfers heat to water by heat exchanger in the water tank

In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach T-max (Temperature Maximum Point),The start the auxiliary heating device

1.       Heat pipe solar collector

Heat pipe solar collector is made up of vacuum tubes (outside), copper heat pipe (inside) and an absorb fin which made of aluminum, Heat pipe was wraped with the 360 degrees Celsius absorb fin, The advantage is its high efficiency of heat conduction

 

Working Station

The unit gathered the controller, Circulate Pump, Flow meter, Relief Valve, Pressure Gauge, Expansion Vessel, Shut-off and check valve in together,

1.Pool Heating
