This PVC Carpet Roll Sheet Production Machine Line can make different kinds of PVC anti-slip mat, design such as gridding mat, coin mat, diamond mat, line mat and chain mat, etc. It also can be laminated with fabric or felt to make composited Mat. The applications of final mat, it's mainly used at inside door, bathroom, living room or automobile decorative, etc.
 
Features:
1. It adopts special processed forming roller and easy roller changing method, in order to make different design mat.
2. Mould adopts JC-TIMES or other top quality brand, material is premium mold steel, both make chrome plating inside and outside, and use imported temperature controll meters.
3. This extrusion line can be designed as 1 extruder or 2 extrudders co-extrusion, to meet the market and customers' requirements.
