1. what is the minimun order quantity for customized item ?                                         

Generally the MOQ should be 3000pcs per design. However, it can be negotiable as per exactly needs.      

2.Can you accept sample order ?                      

Yes, we can customize according to customer's design or sample,and becuase of fabric around the market are not actually the same, the sample maybe a little differnt.                                            

3.If you can dye fabric according to customer's pantone number ?                                

Yes, but depends on order quantity                  

4. What do i need to provide to confirm an order ?    

Order quantity, material, logo process technology, detailed picture or sample is available. Meantime, hurry delivery or not .                                    

5.How long does it take to make sample, is the sample free ?                                        

Generally it takes 10-14days for customize sample . Existing sample is for free , customized sample is charged according to detailed requirement .            

6. How are the payment methods ?                        

30% deposit to confirm an order, balance payment after finishing production .                          

7. How are the payment terms ?                      

L/C, T/T, Western Union, Paypal, Moneygram
