PP Woven Geotextiles For Road Construction

Introduction:

Split yarn (flat silk) PP woven geotextile is mainly woven of Polypropylene (PP), which is extruded, cut membrane, pull into yarn or plat silk. The woven geotextile has the character of light weight, high strength, low elongation, good integrity, easy construction, good reinforcement, low cost ect.

unit weight: 90g/m2-400g/m2; width: 4-6m

Properties:

1. Reinforcement: can limit the diversion in the long time usage of construction and make the local stress on the soil transfer or dispatch to more area.

2. Separation: It can separate different geosynthetic material structure into stable interface, and play its properties and functions.

3. drainage filtration: It can make the water pass through and prevent the sand speckles flow away, used in the soil which water pass through hard, can let the water flow out slowly and drain along with the woven geotextile when drainage.

4. Strain dissepiment: put the woven geotextile and geomembrane which has different pressure together.

5. Fence network: put the woven geotextile in the flowing liquid with suspended particles channel to prevent fine soil substances and allow the liquid pass through.

6. Cushion function: put the woven geotextile on the slope to prevent the soil flow away for pouring of the rain water or plant the sward.
