PS Foam Sheet Extrusion Line adopts the up-to-date gondi double-stage high foam technology. It is made up of primary screw, secondary screw, butane pump, extruding mould head, molding device, traction machine and take-in machine. This unit uses the general polystyrene as raw material. In the extruding process, vesicant is injected at high pressure. After the extrusion, foaming, cooling, molding and traction, it is collected as finished product. After being molded in the vacuum condition, it can be made into various packaging vessels, such as single-use fast food box, aquatic product dish, supermarket dish, cake dish, KT sheet and instant noodles bowl etc. This machine uses a high speed automatic screen changing device, which features advanced structure, stable performance, easy operation, high automation and screen change without shutdown.
.Unique screw design helps to promote the resin well-melting before the squeezing.Meanwhile, the melting is enclosed effectively, which thoroughly solves the problem of any feeding-leaking or gas-leaking commonly generated from the screw end of second phase that other factories always face during their manufacturing. For this advantage, our design ensures safety device and product quality standard in the manufacturing.
.It is simple, speedy and reliable to manage the vesicant feeding scale, which stabilizes the multiple forming, and also ensures the product density to meet the standard.
.Special design for the separate filter-pattern changes its filter net necessarily without machine stopping. For its particular device, there will be no sheet-breaking or leakage from our forming equipments .
.The thickness of sheet can be adjusted evenly by the simple but practicalregulator of squeeze mould.
.Reliable static elimination protection is to avoid fire case caused by the static during the manufacturing .
.Rationalized machine setting and energy-saving technique.
