Our company has developed many series of electronic hysteresis tensioner and control power supply. It is a late-model torque and tension control equipment. It generates torque through controlling the input of exciting current on the hysteresis principle. The variation between control current and torque value is under preferable linear relationship (refer to the characteristics curve on the upper right corner). Hysteresis Tensioner can offer smooth and stepless speed regulation, as well as torque control independent of rpm. There is no additional friction in the system besides the bearing, thus it boasts such advantages as stability and reliability, high rotation speed, low noise, long service life, and easy maintenance etc. When applied to motor and transformer winding equipments, it can achieve stable and proper tension during winding the enameled wire. When achieving stable tension, most winding rejects caused by tension problems, such as broken lacquer coat, idling, broken wire, remaining thread end can be eliminated, thus make the coil of winding machine being properly fixed, and ensure the constancy of the coil technical indicators. It can decrease defective fraction of resistance, distance between layers, insulation and big counterbalance, maintain high quality of the product, diminish the machine adjustment and down time and greatly improve the production efficiency (improving production efficiency from 5%-20%; saving 0.5%-5% of the use level of enameled wire).
