2. Which file will I need to send to you?

     - AI, PDF, PSD, PNG, clear JPG file larger than 1MB.

3. Should I pay extra for my own logo?

     - For logo, adding $0.02 per color per position printing.

4. How much for sample?

     - Non-customized sample in stock: sample free of charge, buyer paid for the freight cost;

     - Customized sample: quote according to buyer's design.

5. Sample cost refundable or not?
