- 1. OEM services are warmly welcomed and samples can be done within 7 days after we receive your requests.

- 2.  Welcome custom design artwork/idea. We have professional designer teams who will work closely with you to develop your own designs into products.

- 3.  We could arrange sea freight, air freight, express door to door  if customer need.

- 4.  For each order we will inspect every piece 3 times before final packing. In the meantime we are also glad to cooperate with custom appointed third parties to perform inspection in our factory.

Q: What is the minimum order quantity of your company?

A: 1) Our minimum quantity is around 1000 pcs, which is one of the lowest in the industry of plush toys.

    2) For some special cases, the MOQ is negotiable.

Q: What is your payment term?

A: 1) 30% deposit when P/O placed and samples approved, and 70% balance paid before shipment.

    2) For big order, we can negotiate the payment term, it will be good for both of us.

Q: How can I get the samples?

A: 1) For new customer, we'll request sample fee USD100 per design. When order quantity over 5000 pcs, the sample fee will be refunded.

    2) For long term clients, we can provide free samples for you according to the complexity of the product.

Q:  What is your sample and mass production lead time?

A: 1) Sample time: 5 ~ 7 days

    2) Production time: Generally, 35-45 days. It should be based on the order quantity and complexity.

Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?

A: Each plush toy will be packed in a individual poly bag, then into the carton.         The carton size is depend on customers' requests, or based on the most reasonable size.
