Description:
HDPE/PPR/LDPE series plastic pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply, architectural water supply, gas supply and transportation, telecommunication cables etc. This line has the advantages of easy operation, high automatic degree, stable and reliable production, well received by customers.
Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker
Applications:
1. Collocate belt type winding head,interchangeable roller table with different size shuttle(magazine) for different toroid coil demensions, wire size, turns, so that to reduce the cost. one set standard automatic toroid coil winding machne include one PCS winding shuttle only, other sizes winding shuttles are optional.
2. Hi-tech shuttle for highest efficiency.
3. Separate speed controls for wire loading and winding.
4. Accurately count length of loading wire by length sensor, the wire length sensor be integrated in the winding motor.
5. Accurately count turns of winding by high frequency response photo-electricity sensor.
6. Programmable winding direction, winding returns range (turns or angle) and segment winding angle.
7. Accurately wire spacing by programmable controller.
8. Memory capacity accommodates 999 sequences of parameters with off-power memory retention.
