Steel zinc layer thickness: 40 ~ 80g / ㎡ oblique plating, 180 ~ 300g / m2, vertical plating;
Number of wires: 12 to 40 lines;
DV value: 35 ~ 70;
Production range: 1000 ~ 20000 tons / year.


The general process

Hot Plating:
Stripping → Annealing (low carbon steel wire is annealed, high carbon steel wire is skimmed) → washed → pickling → washing → washing → drying → hot-dip galvanizing → wiping → cooling →
plating:
Line → annealing (degreasing) → washing - pickling - cleaning → electroplating → hot water washing → drying → line


The production line features
