Structural Specifications:
ALGB removable vertical centrifugal pump has a bold improved design in structure with a steadier and more precise match among components. Its outline consists of motor, connectors and body while its drive part consists of motor shaft, jaw elastic coupling, bearing in bearing seat, pump shaft and impeller. For its maintenance, it’s only necessary to unload the drive part under the jaw coupling but not necessary to unload motor, connectors and body. Its working performance will not be affected but it will always keep stable during long-distance transportation and in severe environments.
The body of ALGB series pump adopts the best modern symmetric hydraulic structural model, thus freeing the pump shaft from bearing the axial force.
The impeller of ALGB series pump adopts the best modern hydraulic model which can achieve the self-balancing of the axial force so as to achieve more stable performance and extend the service life of its bearing and mechanical seal a lot.
Thanks to the bearing seat’s unique design, both bearings on the pump shaft are always soaked in the oil chamber for working. Besides,the bearing seat is provided with an oil filling hole and an oil drain hole to ensure that the lubricating oil in the oil chamber is clean.
An air discharge valve is mounted on the pump bonnet to discharge the air inside the pump before running, thus ensuring its normal staring.
