1. Q: Can I have a sample order?

    A: We ask for sample fee normally but we will reimburse you all the expense when you place the bulk order.

2. Q: What is the lead time for samples?

    A: If it’s the present samples we are having, we can send you immediately; if it’s your own designed samples, we need 15-20 days to make such samples.

3. Q: Can we place our label on your products?

    A: You can either send us your labels to us we can place for you, or we can prepare artwork for visual confirmation, and next we will produce a real sample for your second confirmation. If sample is ok, we will go to mass production.

4: Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

    A: Quality is the first and most important thing.
