Reclaimed Water Facility
For its different purpose, reclaimed water has two ways of treatment.
1. The first way is to process the water to make it fit for drinking and daily use, this is water recycling. This way of water treatment is suitable for the areas with drastic water shortage. But it needs a large investment and its technic is complex.
2. The second way is to procsess the water to fit for the non-drinking water standard. Non drinking water are the kind of water that human body do not touch directly. Non drinking water is used to clean closets, floor and cars. It could also used in irrigation, fire fighting, ordinary industry water.

According to the different ways of water treatment, the water treatment techinic for reclaimed water is divided into three types:
1. Physical Mode
Membrance filtration is fit for the water with a harsh change in water quality. Its features are: compact facilities, easy operation and little load change influen on performance.
Membrance filtration is the working process that, with the help of outer force, the solution seperated flows on the membrance surface at a certain speed, of which the slovent and substances with a low molecular weight, as well as inorganic ions, travel from the high pressure side to the low pressure side. Then these substances are discharged. Yet in the solution, the substances with a high molecular weight, collide and microbes are stopped by the hyperfiltration membrance, and they are concentrated and discharged.
2. Physico-chemical Mode
The Physico-chemical Mode is fit for sewage with a harsh change in water quality. Common methods are: sand screening, activated carbon absorption, floatation and coagulating sedimentation and so on. The procedure is featured with hollow fibre hyperfiltration, advanced technic, compact structure, low space taking, intermittent running, simple management and so on.
3. Biological Treatment Mode
The mode is applicable to sewage with a high content of organic substances. Generally, activated sludge process, contact oxidation method and
rotating biologicaldisc are used altogether or seperately.

The reclaimed water facility can be designed and produced to the specific water volume, water quality. All our reclaimed water facility reaches the national primary standard of water discharge and water recycling.
