Finished product hoisting tool (see attached drawing) is a supporting component in the autoclave aerated concrete packing line. Its tightening is done by a clamping arm set. It is a special hosting tool with the function of delivering steam-cured concrete blocks coming out of autoclave to the finished product line or to be loaded on trucks or to be packed.
1. Function
a) Its function is to deliver steam-cured concrete blocks to the finished product line or to be loaded on trucks or to be packed.

3. Structure:
This finished product hoisting tool is made up of the following parts; beam, clamping arm set, top beam, bottom beam, guide shaft, connecting rod, shaft, etc.
Both the top and bottom beams are made of steel channels and plates. They feature good rigidity, simple structure, easy mounting and convenient adjustment.
The clamping arm is controlled by a hydraulic cylinder.
4. Operation:
The sling on the overhead crane lifts up the shaft connected with the top beam so that the top beam moves up along the guide frame. The clamping arm is controlled by the hydraulic cylinder so that it can do clamping and loosening and complete the motion of clamping the concrete block.
5. Assembly:
Mount the clamping arm set with the top beam and the hydraulic cylinder.
6. Trial lifting and adjustment:
Trial lifting:
After assembling the top beam and the clamping arm on site, connect the crane sling with the pulley. Move the crane sling up and down and the clamping arm should be able to do clamping and loosening freely and balancedly without jamming or swinging to and fro.
7. Safety:
Do not anybody to stand under the hoisting tool in times of production.
