  Solar cell is a photovoltaic semiconductor to generate power directly with sunlight, which mixes the high purified semiconductor material with other materials to present different characteristics. The materials can generate electrons and holes once they are under sunshine, when the electricity runs through them, power is generated.
  EGing’s mono-crystalline silicon solar cell production line automates all processes from cleaning, diffusion, PECVD, etching, printing, and sintering to automatic sorting. Under strict control over the entire processes, the yield of solar cells reached a high level; with non-defective appearance and stable conversion efficiency
  Through first-class texturing, P-N knot diffusion, plasma etching, preparation for anti-reflection coating, and electric wire sintering, EGing's solar cell has reached high average photovoltaic conversion efficiency of over 16.5% with long life span and stable working condition.
  At present, EGing is mainly engaged in the manufacture of 125 mm and 156 mm mono-crystalline silicon cells with annual production of 250 MW. By cutting technology of the existing solar cells, the company can manufacture products with different sizes for various fields to meet diversified needs.
