Plasma bevel head:
The bevel head of plasma cutting machine provides a flexible and versatile capability for plate edge preparation cutting. The unique design, uses control software to interpolate the position of the torch and giving constant speed at the torch tip.
The advanced 45 degree bevel head and integrated control system, speeds up the time-consuming and awkward job of edge preparation on profiled plate. The system enables accurate single and double bevels to the cut edges of complex parts, removing the need for secondary processing of the edges.
Beveling while profiling is a more efficient use of the profile cutting machines. It save double handling of parts, secondary operations and assures the customer of accurate parts. Other beveling systems are available but really cannot compete with the bevel head in terms of speed accuracy or simplicity of design. The plasma cutting machine is a true six axis system with complete software control. Software control enables the hardware requirement to be minimized, so reducing size and complexity, and enabling beveling at full cutting speed to be reached.

Theses are available in both Contact and non contact form. They are simple to install and interface directly with the PDF architecture.
AVC (Arc Voltage Control)
Specifically for Plasma Cutting. These systems are for maintaining the height of the torch from the workpiece whilst the torch is cutting. By measuring the Arc Voltage and feeding that back to the CNC we are able to maintain the optimum height above the plate and thereby improve quality and reduce consumable ware.
Cutting table:
