About tempered glass

Tempered Glass is made of high quality grey float glass. It’s a kind of high-strength glass, made of normal glass that is heated to intenerate, and then condensed quickly by cold wind to astimes strength as before.

Features Advantage	1. Heat soaked: Reduce the risk of tempered glass self-explosion. More safety.
	2. Safety: When broken, tempered glass is to crumble into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.
	3. High strength: Comparing to the float or annealed glass, the impact resistance and bending resistance is 3~5 times.
	4. Thermal stability: Comparing to the float or annealed glass, Tempered glass can endure the difference in temperature 3~5 times. It can withstand 250℃ difference in temperature.

A: Yes. Our factory is located in Dongguan City. known as “world factory”, located in South of China, in which provide finer processing and better quality. You can google us to check.

A: By wooden box with “fragile” label. Foam around the box to protect glass.

Q: How long can we get the samples?

A: Samples will be ready in 7 days?

Q: Are the samples free?

A: Generally, samples are free except some special or big one. Contact our people to learn it.

Q: What’s freight cost of the samples to my company by express or by air?

A: Well, it depends on the weight, volume, area and tax of each country. Once samples confirmed, the cost will be offered in the first time.

Q: What’s express you will use?

A: We have business with 4 Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT.

Q: How to get your quotation of products?

A: Before getting our quotation, please confirm what products you need, such as size of product, what kind of glass(clear glass, frosted glass, fabric glass and so on) and thickness of glass. The quotation is made basis on these information. Sometimes, customers maybe not have such detail information, we could recommend hot sale for your reference.

Q: What we can do if receive the defect goods?

A: Tell us asap. Give us the damage report including qty and photos. We will replace once report confirmed.
