1. Sample lead time?

The exsiting samples are available any time for you to test quality.if you need samples according to your specifications,the sample lead time is 7-8 days,Usually, we will choose to ship samples by DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.

2. The bulk production time?

For stock towels, we will send goods to you within 5-6 days after receiving your payment.

For customized towels, the delivery time is 25-30days  after receiving your payment.

3. The shipping terms?

4. About the quality control?

5. If any defective towel, how can you settle it for us?

We have 1:1 replacement for the defective towel,and after you receive the bulk products,we will all or email you about the quality.
