3. Structure
Measuring balance for aluminum powder consists of measuring cylinder, bracket material falling off pipe, sensor and pneumatic butterfly valve.
1) The body of measuring cylinder is a column. The bottom of cylinder likes a cone after its top is removed. It has the advantage of falling off material quickly. It is made of steel plate by rolling. Material falling off at pouring mouth is controlled by pneumatic butterfly valve.
2) The sensor is equipped with meters and instruments. It can show the weight, output the signal to the printer or the computer realize automatic control.
4. Principle of work
Aluminum powder will fall off from stirring cylinder to measuring cylinder. It can realize automatic weighing through sensor and will display weighed quantity at meter. Aluminum powder after weighed will fall off from pouring month. The material falling off will be controlled by pneumatic (Butterfly valve gas route is control by electromagnetism switch direction valve).
5. Adjustment and trial running
1) After installed, adjust the following parts
a) Three supporting surfaces of cylinder body should be at same level. Its difference should not be more than 2 mm.
b) When bracket is installed, its level should be calibrated.
2) Trial running
a) Sensor weighs correct (use criterion poise for emendation)
b) Open and close of sensor should be sensitive.
6. Maintenance, overhauling
1) Maintenance
Clean measuring cylinder one time every week. Clean and wipe dust on electronic sensor and weighing display.
2) Overhauling
Disassemble and clean pouring month and pneumatic butterfly one time every month/
7. Matters for attention
1) To operate weighing display (weighing display controller) must be carried out strictly in accordance with specification.
2) It is strictly prohibited that have other current get through electronic sensor (e.g. the current of the electric welding).
3) Don’t install weighing display (weighing display controller) at the place where sunshine can shine directly and need to avoid temperature change suddenly and vibration. Setting a manostat when the voltage instability.
4) When delivery the weighing has debugged correctly. Don’t change it optionally at site.
8. Safety
1) When pour, it is prohibited strictly to stand people at the periphery of stirring cylinder surrounding.
