KDBG150 breathable membrane is a synthetic roof underlay membrane, made of polypropylene. It is a functional membrane, it main function is to make the roof or wall breathable. The membrane is not only breathable, but also waterproofing. Because of this function, it can allow moisture to get out of roof or wall easily, and when the moisture meet cold tiles or shingles, it will be condensation as water-drop, and flow away on the breathable membrane, thus keep the inside insulation dry, avoid wet or mouldy.

The membranes are non-woven spunbond polyolefins with exceptional water vapour transmission and hydrophobic (water repellent) characteristics. They also have good Air Barrier characteristics designed to improve the air-tightness of the building. Air Barriers ensure that the building envelope is properly sealed to control ventilation and prevent heat loss in compliance with Building Regulations Part L.

Our company has developed this product for many years. We produce good quality breathable membrane with large quantity, over 80,000m2 per day, we also make the wider membrane such as 2.7m or 3m width for wall wrap. And the lowest weight of 3 layers membrane can be 60gsm, which can greatly lower the product price. UV added membrane will make it longer time for installation and FR pigment will make fire-retardant better than normal.
