1. Q: How could I get samples of your products?

A: We can provide samples if you have a Fedex or DHL account or other courierfreight collectable account and agree to pay the sample cost and courier freight. Or you send us the samples charge together

with the courier cost by PayPal / TT / Western Union or other available bank account.

We promise if our further order amount meet $2000.00 will return samples fee for building long-term business relationship.

2. Q: How much the courier freight will be for the samples?

A:Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your

area. So you have to tell me models you want to order from us and quantity,

then we will calculate the shipping cost for you in the most reasonable way.

4. Q: Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your new products or the package?

A: Yes, you can. We can print your Logo and company name etc in our products by silk screen printing or laser(base on the products you choose) according to your artwork design, and the MOQ depends on exact model, some easy to get models require less MOQ, you can discuss it with us. You can send us the artwork by email in JPG, PDF, AI, TIF, EPS, TIFF, Core Draw formats, etc.

5. Q: What’s your usual payment terms for orders?

A:We accept terms of TT in advance or Paypal or Western Union.

For Samples Order: 100% payment before shipment.

For Bulk Order: 30% deposit and balance 70% before shipment.

6. Q: I just want to buy a few pieces of your products for test, is it ok? What would be the MOQ?

A: Sample orders are available, we know most customers care about the quality, so they usually would like to place a sample order for test first. If so, our MOQ will base on the products, also can provide free samples, all details need to further check from us.

But if bulk purchase will get more competitive price.

A: We exported our goods to everywhere and whoever need them.

A: Sample Delivery time: Samples can be shipped within 1-3 working days .

Mass proudction order: 5-10 working days we can delivery(some of it also depends on the products)
