Product Description

This machine is for slicing hard and flat food materials (such as dried cod fish or stacked cheese ) which has gone through a properly processed drying treatment. It is configured to be compact for easy transfer. Other kinds of ingredients can be sliced to within 0.1 mm thick by adjusting the blade. It allows for the demonstration of food production to let the customers watch the sliced ingredients fall down to the transparent carriage.

( 1 ) Sliceable products and size

Products: Dried cod fish or cheese, or kamaboko (boiled fish paste) which have been properly dried.

Food Size Dimensions : 5mm (thick) x 110mm (wide) x 110mm (long)

Number of Sliced Sheets Settings: Machine can slice up to approx. 7 Sheets.

Power supply: mono-phase AC 100 V (equipped with circuit breaker)

Setting space: approx. 1m x 1.5m (please set this equipment in an area with enough space for an operator, spectators and layed out ingredients. Plus room for routing of and wiring of power supply. )
