Description:

Sink roll is applicable for CGL(Continuous galvanizing line), plating aluminizing line and plating silicon line. We can produce sink roll with diameter range from 100-2000mm. Our products are high temperature resistant, wear and corrosion resistant. 
The grooved sink roll is technically better than the flat sink roll. Because the liquid film will occur when the cleaning fluid is under the condition of squeeze. Then the film will make the strip deviate. The grooved surface could greatly improve the operation. The film could be reduced and the deviation could also be decreased.
