If proof shows that damage or leakage caused by use of products (filters and accessories) other than that of the manufacturer, the warranty shall also be rendered null and void

Service

An inspection must be made by the customer within one year from the date of purchase to ensure that all parts are in good working condition. If failure occurs within the warranty period, contact the local service provider or distributor for cost-free repair and maintenance service.

Cost-Free Repair Provisions

1. Within the period of warranty, the maintenance cost shall be free-of-charge if the water filter machine malfunctions due to product breakdown as a result of manufacturers fault.
2. After the warranty period expires, all costs for repair and maintenance shall be the responsibility of the customer.
