Plastic Tray

INTRO
The plastic tray is made through the process of plastic absorption. To put it more specific, the tray was produced in this way: when a solid plastic sheet was heated, it turned soft. Then it was absorbed to the surface of a mould and cooled.

RAW MATERIALS
Raw material for the plastic tray include high impact polystyrene sheet (HIPS sheet),  HIPS anti electrostatic sheet, HIPS conductive sheet, PP frosted sheet.
