Feature of Al Breakdown Machine

Al Breakdown Machine is used for drawing dia9.5mm(12mm) Al or Al-ally rod to dia1.8-5.0mm wire or dia2.1-4.5mm wire.

The drawing pulleys are arranged in a line. The drawing motor and capstan motor can work synchronically.

The clutch is provided at the high-speed section on the drawing machine. In the case or producing the rough wire, the clutch may skip the rear part or the drawing machine to improve the productivity.

In the tension controller, the movable pulley is up and the fixed pulley is down, thus reduce the shaking of the wire.
The wire is wound on the red in good order.

The auto reel-change is donw at more than 99% efficiency.

The Mitsubishi PLC and touch screen are used for handling the control of the whole line. The technical data may be set, changed and displayed on the screen.
