Introduction:
PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is a kind of general crushing device which can directly crushes the material with maximum particle size of 600-1800mm to 25mm or less. It is applicable for intermediate crushing and fine crushing of medium hardness material such as limestone, slag, coke and coal in the fields of cement, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and so on.
PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is an impact rotor crusher with a ring hammer and the material will be crushed by the ring hammer rotating high-speed with rotor firstly after loading into crusher. Obtaining kinetic energy from the ring hammer at the same time, the crushed material rushes at the crushing plate high-speed to be secondary crushed. Then falling on sieve plate, the material will be further crushed by the shear, extrusion, grinding of ring hammer and the interaction among material, finally be discharged from mesh. Those sundries that can’t be crushed goes into metal collector and be swept away regularly.
PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher is most suitable to crush all kinds of brittle materials such as coal, coal ore, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale and loose limestone etc. whose compressive strength doesn’t exceed 100Mpa and surface moisture not more than 15%.

The Working Principle of PCH Series Ring Hammer Crusher :
The main working unit of hammer crusher is rotor which is composed of spindle, disc, hinge pin and hammer (also known as hammerhead).
As the rotor rotating high-speed in the crusher cavity drove by motor, the materials are fed into crusher to be crushed by the strike, impact, shear and grinding functions of high-speed moving hammer. Sieve plate is fixed under the rotor, and the qualified material (whose size is less than mesh size) will be discharged through the sieve plate, those unqualified material will still be kept on the plate to be crushed under the striking and grinding functions of hammer and finally be discharged.
