The printhead cleaning machine we produced is a professional model, it is a multifunction cleaner which is adaptable for many kinds of printhead, such as Seiko, Konica, Xaar, Spectra, Epson etc. Together with the printhead cleaning machine, there are 5 pieces of printhead shelves which is used to set the printhead above the cleaning container, you choose different shelves according to the shape of the printhead.
 
Our professional printhead cleaner has both the pressure cleaning and ultrasonica cleaning functions which working by turns can insure the cleaning task is well done. During cleaning, you can check the sprey of the nozzles of the heads, if the sprey looks good, then the cleaning work is done. The pumps in the machine will provide the pressure of the jet of cleaning solutions through the nozzles, the printhead is set above the container not just put it in the container, so during the ultrasonica cleaning, it will protect the printhead from other mechanical damage.
