2. Control system

    Touch screen, PLC, remove control switch. Bending the welded pipe panel into the required size, motor as power, with the advantages of simple structure, ease of operation.

● Main body is welded steel structure, tempered by big oven to remove strength.  
● Design and make according to China national standard, to ensure machine durability.  
● Use good quality steel tampered, quenched after processing, make machine have enough rigidity and toughness.
● Electrical control system is composed of touch screen, PLC, remote control and so on.
● Touch screen show current angle, can set bending angle. Angle is controlled by PLC, make sure bending accuracy reach 0.1 degree.
