1: Brief introduction of PVC Insulated Power Cable

With the characteristics of stable capacity, advanced technology, broad materials resources, low price, good flexibility and easy to lay and maintain. The PVC insulated power cables are suitable to be laid on distribution line with AC 50Hz and rated voltage 10kV or below.

2: Standards of PVC Insulated Power Cable

The PVC insulated power cables of our factory are strictly produced according to the standards of GB/T12706 Power cable with extruded insulation and their accessories for rated voltages from 1kV up to 35kV and Q/ZEL 02-2002 Plastic insulated power cables. The GB/T12706 is equal to IEC 60502 rated voltage1-30kV plastic insulated power cable and Q/ZEL 02-2002 is equal to IEC 60502-1997 1~30kV plastic extruding insulated power cables. We can produce PVC power cables with special requirement and higher properties according to the requirements of clients.

3: Characteristics of PVC Insulated Power Cable

One) The Max. rated temperature of the conductor is 70.

Two) The Max. temperature of the conductor of the cables cannot exceed 160 when short circuit (Max. duration: 5s).

Three) The cables can be laid without the limit of fall with enough mechanical pull, but the single core cable cannot be laid in iron tube or cannot be fixed by circled iron tools around the cables.

Four) The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than 0, When the ambient temperature is under 0, the cables should be heated up to 0 or higher with certain methods.
