2.The whole process of production----from put in the material to delivery the forming brick and tile, all controlled by the program, and accomplish automatically, never need the manual operation. The worker should only take off the brick and tile from the bat-taking table instead of taking off the tile from the plate mould, it also solve the problem that the tile press injure the workers' fingers, very safe and attention-saving.
3.It's production is more than twice as the common tile press, such as pressed tile, the production is around 1500 pic/h, so it is very efficient.
4.The mold-releasing oil can be daubed automatically, can save the mold-releasing oil.
5.The unbaked tile don't need manual amendment and can be put on the shelf without tile holder directly, can save money.
6.It will need one person to feed the materials, and two person to pick the adobe, can save the labor,bring down the labor intensity.
7.Pressing the brick and tile, can lower the drying sensitivity of the adobe, and reduce the rupture and loss of the products, increase the economic efficiency.
