2. If I could come to your factory before orders?
You are welcomed to visit our factory at any time.

3. If could I order samples first before placing the bulk order?
Yes, we understand that customers want samples first, and then need a sales period to collect orders from their customers. This is not a problem. You are welcomed to order samples at first.
However ,we will ask for a small amount of deposit in case the investment on new sampling as per your specification request is not a small one.But this deposit will be reimbursed when bulk order fixed.

4. What is the lead time for samples?
5-10days.

5. What is the lead time for delivery?
In general 30-45 days after samples and deposit done.

6. Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
Yes, and you have two options:
1) Send your label design to us and we make them for you.
2) Send your finished labels to us and we put them on the clothes (free of charge).

7.Can you arrange sales package according to our request?
Yes. You are welcomed to give us your instruction about detailed package.We are able to handle orders for shops with sales package.

8. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 3000 pieces per color.
For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We'd check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find a possible solution.. Pls contact us for detail.

9. Which textiles/fabrics can you work with?
Knitting and woven fabric are both OK. It's your choice and we could advice you if you wish for. We're able to source and work with most kinds of materials.

10. How many different colors can I order?
You can order colors you like of every design in Pantone color.
Different materials has different request on color dying or printing.Pls contact us for details.
