The valve pressure testing machine of model PZ, our patent product, is a kind of new practical pressure self-complementing valve test equipment. After the emplacing and clamping of the valve to be tested, the machine can complete both shell test and seat test at the same time. Besides, the valve loading and clamping is easy and quick, and has little effect of external force upon the valve to be tested. The appropriate machine will be designed and manufactured after confirming the maximum bearing force according to customers′requirements of valve size and pressure ratings. The maximum bearing force of the machine we can design is 2800 tons.
