Camellia oil (Latin name,Camellia oleifera seed oil) is also called
camellia seed oil. It is refined from camellia tree seeds.The procedure
of producing camellia oil is: unshelling, drying, grinding, squeezing
and filtrating, using purely physical methods.It is a natural organic
cooking oil. It does not contain cholesterol, aflatoxins or other
additives. It is proved that Camellia oil has more than 90% unsaturated
fatty acid, 80-83% oleic acid ,7-13% linoleic acid. It is rich in
protein and Vitamin A, B, D, E and etc. Especially it is rich in
linolenic acid which can not be produced by the body.It has been proved
that its Oleic acid and Linoleic acid are higher than olive oil.

4,No antioxidant is added to the camellia oil.
5,The camellia Oil should be stored at a cool (10-20 degree Centigrade) and dry place, protected from light.
6,The shelf life of the camellia oil is 2 years in the original
package. Once opened the package, the camellia oil should be used
within 6 months.
